Terms and Conditions:

The Lessor mentioned overleaf in the following called 7 Cars Rent a Car L.L.C hereby rents vehicle identified overleaf to Hirer subject to the following provisions and conditions and by signature overleaf the hirer acknowledges that he is bound by them all.

1. Delivery and Return The vehicle is delivered to the renter in good overall condition and without any apparent defects and any complaints are its condition must be made to the Lessor immediately on delivery. The renter agrees to return it with all documents and accessories and in the same condition to the Lessor at the location and on the date designated in these agreements the Lessor reserves the right to repossess the vehicle at any time without demand at Renters expenses if vehicle is used violation of this agreement. If renter will not respond at the time of vehicle return the 7 Cars will block the vehicle at any time and is case of nonpayment 7 Cars will reposes the vehicle. Also, 7 Cars will not responsible for the valuable items at all time.

2. Authorized driver the driver has held a valid driving license for more than one year and is 21 years of age or above. The vehicle will be given only by the drivers whose names are registered on the rental agreement by the owner's representative. The hirer should not use the vehicle for off road driving, motorsports, rallying, towing or any activities that any damage the vehicle. Hirer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle due to any misuse. The vehicle will not be used for transportation of any illegal substances (alcohol, drugs etc.) or transporter merchandise or transport passengers for hire or any other illegal act in case of fines or confiscation of the vehicle the hirer is responsible for payment for all damages to the owner, like full value for the vehicle, fines, claims of passengers, third party claims and loss of income or loss of rental. . No insurance coverage is applicable if: The hirer of driver during period of the rental sublets the vehicle with or without his consent. The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at that time of accident. The vehicle is driven by an unauthorized driver. Refer to the clause 2 such cases the hirer is liable to pay for all damages to the vehicle, third party expenses, passengers in the vehicle and he rental value for total number of days the vehicle is under repair in the workshop and fines. The hirer should observe the traffic rules and regulations and will be liable to pay for penalties arising from traffic offenses. Outside the United Arab Emirates or in geographical areas which have been defined by the Lessor as restricted ones.

3. Charges The hirer shall pay or reimburse Lessor on demand the sum of: Time and mileage charges computed at the rates and upon the terms shown in this agreement or in the current tariff at start of rental subject always to clause above. Any charges for refueling, Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident insurance, Supplementary insurance and / or any standard or miscellaneous charges applicable at the rates shown in this agreement or in the current tariff which Renter confirms having reviewed and agrees to. Smoking is not allowed in cars. If the car has been smoked in and/or it smells of smoke by the customer, then a cleaning fee of up to AED 500 will charge to the customer. Lessor's costs, including reasonable legal fees, incurred in collecting payments due from Hirer under this agreement Any fines, penalties, court costs or other expenses, imposed on Lessor by law arising from the use of the vehicle while on rental to Hirer unless due to Lessor's fault, but this shall not relieve Hirer or any other person of direct responsibility to any government authority for his own unlawful conduct. Lessor’s estimate of repair costs including towing and storage limited to the maximum amount (it any) applicable to the vehicle tariff group (Deductible Amount) if the vehicle is damaged during the period of this agreement Lessor had accepted payment on that basis. One day means 24 hours and extra hours will be calculated as full day. if the sticker in the car holding the names the company is removed the hirer will pay fine of fifty dirhams. If no previous agreement has been made for the weekly monthly rates, then the hirer is liable to pay the daily rates. the hirer agrees to return the vehicle with same level of fuel mentioned in vehicle check report or 7 Cars is authorized charge the cost of the fuel plus service charge to my card. When the Hirer has agreed for 3Days (5Days/Weekly and Monthly rental of cars, and if he returns before agreed period) then daily rates will apply.

4. Indemnity to Lessor The Hirer shall indemnify and hold harmless Lessor, its employees and agents from and against any loss liability and expenses arising directly or directly from: . Any breach of the terms of this Agreement by Hirer . Loss of or damage to the vehicle (save as provided in clause6). . Death or injury to any person arising out of the operation or usage of the vehicle. . Loss of or damage to any property suffered by Hirer or by third parties arising out of the operation or us age of the vehicle or for loss of or damage to hirer's property left in the vehicle or for loss or inconvenience resulting from delivery delays, breakdown or any cause beyond Lessor's control. . The hirer will bear loss of time due to accident until the car is driven out of garage. . The hirer will pay 30% of the vehicle value in case the vehicle in written off due to accident

5. Responsibility for Loss of or Damage to vehicle. . The hirer will be liable for all loss of or damage to the vehicle including towing and storage limited to the Deductible amount . Provided the Hirer complies with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Collision Damage Waiver is shown as Accepted on the face of the Agreement, Lessor Will waive the Hirer’s responsibility in 5 (i) above, subject to any excess. . Vehicle must be returned on or before due date and new Rental Agreement to be obtained in case of extending or renewing the contract period. insurance cover for the vehicles ceases after due date and Lessee will be held responsible for damages. Losses and all other consequences arising by using the vehicle beyond due date.

6.Accidents, thefts in case of an accident (with or without damage to the vehicle) and in case of any personal injuries, the police must be called to the scone of the event and Hirer must insist on obtaining Police Report. In case of that of the vehicle or parts of it. hirer must report this to the police and obtain Police Report and forward the said Police Report to the Lessor. Any accident or damage or loss or theft of the vehicle must complete. Hirer must secure all data of all the other parties as well as of any witnesses in order to complete the said accident report. Under no circumstances, claims by third parties must be accepted by the Hirer. The Hirer is obliged to assist the Lessor and /or its insurance company in all claims or legal affairs in connection with an accident or any damage. These responsibilities of the Hirer shall apply accordingly in case of theft. . If the Hirer violates any of these regulations, especially ii no Police Report can be presented to the Lessor, even an accepted and paid CDWV may not release Hirer from indemnities. . In case of any mechanical damage that occurs to the vehicle, hirer should stop the vehicle and inform the 7 Cars rent a car immediately. Hirer Cannot Repair the Car Without Written Permission from 7 Cars Rent a Car If He Dosas hirer is Responsible For all liabilities.

7. Insurance The Lessor provides insurance coverage for persons using vehicle with its permission (and not otherwise) in accordance with an automobile liability Insurance policy, which is available for inspection.

8.Personal Data The Hirer acknowledges that person-related data to this rental agreement can be communicated to third parties, especially credit protection purposes.

9. Collision Damage Waiver By initialing in the space Accept in the front page, the Hirer assumes the obligation to payment of a supplementary fee in accordance with currently valid price list. Otherwise in case of damages to or loss or theft of the vehicle of parts of it. The Renter shall be liable in accordance with Clause 5 of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Rentals. The Collision Damage Waiver does not exempt from liability in case of gross negligence or deliberate intervention of the rental conditions, legal regulations or Insurance conditions.

10.Porsonal Accident Cover By initialing in the space Accept on the front page, Hirer agrees to pay an additional fee as per valid price lists. Hereby Hirer acquires a personal accident coverage shown as per valid price lists.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

12. Age 25% Claim amount will be charged on below 21 and above 65 years of age of the customer. Lessor will not be responsible of any things that belongs to the customer after the rental period has ended.

13. The renter is at all times responsible for any money or values that was in his/her custody during or after the renting period. The rental office is not responsible for any losses that might affect the renter.

14. In ease the vehicle is repaired without informing the rental office, the renter is fined an amount of AED10000 (TEN THOUSAND DIRHAMS).

15. The renter or sponsor is not entitled to claim the passport, even though the police, the prosecution or the court, except after paying all the financial obligations arising from the car, including rent, violations or any other damages.

16. Refund and Cancellation • No refunds once agreement has signed. • Cancellation will be only possible before 24 hours.

17. 7 Cars has full rights to e mbolize the car in case of non-payment and up-paid traffic fines any time.

18. Vehicle collection - in the event of force collection, the things inside vehicle of the customer or any other person, 7 Cars will not be responsible of those things.

19.(Website) will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE".

Acknowledge that I/We have read and agree to the terms on both sides of this agreement and received the car in good condition except the damages noted in check out. I also confirm that if any payment or fine amount is to be made, my signature below shall constitute authority to debit my nominated credit card for total amount with service charges presently due or may fall due in future, without informing us.

لأحكام والشروط:

يُؤجّر المؤجر المذكور في الصفحة التالية، والذي يُدعى "7 كارز لتأجير السيارات " السيارة المحددة في الصفحة التالية إلى المستأجر، وفقًا للشروط والأحكام التالية، وبالتوقيع في الصفحة التالية، يُقر المستأجر بأنه ملزم بجميع هذه الشروط والأحكام.

1. التسليم والإعادة يتم تسليم السيارة إلى المستأجر في حالة جيدة بشكل عام، وخالية من أي عيوب واضحة، ويجب تقديم أي شكاوى بشأن حالتها إلى المؤجر فور التسليم. يوافق المستأجر على إعادتها مع جميع المستندات والملحقات وفي نفس الحالة إلى المؤجر في الموقع وفي التاريخ المحدد في هذه الاتفاقية. يحتفظ المؤجر بحق استعادة السيارة في أي وقت دون طلب، على نفقة المستأجر، إذا تم استخدام السيارة في انتهاك لهذه الاتفاقية. إذا لم يستجيب المستأجر وقت إرجاع السيارة، فإن "7 كارز لتأجير السيارات " ستقوم بحظر السيارة في أي وقت، وفي حالة عدم الدفع، بالإضافة الى استرداد السيارة. كما لن تكون مسؤولة عن الأشياء الثمينة في أي وقت.

2. السائق المُصرح له يجب أن يكون لدى السائق رخصة قيادة سارية لمدة أكثر من عام وأن يكون عمره 21 عامًا أو أكثر. لن يتم تسليم السيارة إلا للسائقين المسجلين أسماؤهم في عقد الإيجار من قبل ممثل المالك. يجب على المستأجر عدم استخدام السيارة للقيادة خارج الطريق، أو الرياضات السيارات، أو التجمعات، أو السحب، أو أي أنشطة قد تلحق أي ضرر بالسيارة. يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن أي ضرر يلحق بالسيارة بسبب أي سوء استخدام. لن يتم استخدام السيارة لنقل أي مواد غير قانونية (كحول، مخدرات، إلخ) أو نقل البضائع أو نقل الركاب مقابل أجرة أو أي عمل غير قانوني آخر. في حالة الغرامات أو مصادرة السيارة، يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن دفع جميع الأضرار للمالك، مثل القيمة الكاملة للسيارة، والغرامات، ومطالبات الركاب، ومطالبات الطرف الثالث، وفقدان الدخل أو فقدان الإيجار. لا ينطبق التغطية التأمينية إذا: قام المستأجر أو السائق، خلال فترة الإيجار، بإعادة تأجير السيارة بموافقته أو بدونها. أو كان السائق تحت تأثير الكحول أو المخدرات وقت الحادث. أو تم قيادة السيارة من قبل سائق غير مصرح له. في مثل هذه الحالات، يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن دفع جميع الأضرار التي تلحق بالسيارة، ونفقات الغير، والركاب في السيارة، وقيمة الإيجار لمدة إجمالي أيام إصلاح السيارة في الورشة، والغرامات. كما يجب على المستأجر الالتزام بقواعد المرور واللوائح، ويكون مسؤولاً عن دفع الغرامات الناشئة عن مخالفات المرور. خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو في المناطق الجغرافية التي حددها المؤجر كمناطق مقيدة.

3. الرسوم يتحمل المستأجر أو يعيد إلى المؤجر، عند الطلب، إجمالي: رسوم الوقت والمسافة المحسوبة وفقًا للأسعار والشروط الموضحة في هذه الاتفاقية أو في التعريفة الحالية عند بدء الإيجار، مع مراعاة دائمًا البند السابق. أي رسوم لتعبئة الوقود، أو تنازل عن الضرر الناجم عن الاصطدام، أو تأمين الحوادث الشخصية، أو التأمين التكميلي، أو أي رسوم قياسية أو متنوعة قابلة للتطبيق وفقًا للأسعار الموضحة في هذه الاتفاقية أو في التعريفة الحالية، والتي يؤكد المستأجر أنه قد راجعها ويوافق عليها. لا يسمح بالتدخين في السيارات. إذا تم تدخين السيارة و/أو ظهور رائحة دخان من قبل العميل، فسيتم فرض رسوم تنظيف تصل إلى 500 درهم إماراتي على العميل.. تكاليف المؤجر، بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية المعقولة، التي يتم تكبدها في تحصيل المدفوعات المستحقة من المستأجر بموجب هذه الاتفاقية. أي غرامات أو عقوبات أو تكاليف محكمة أو نفقات أخرى تفرضها الحكومة على المؤجر بسبب استخدام السيارة أثناء تأجيرها للمستأجر، ما لم يكن ذلك بسبب خطأ المؤجر، ولكن هذا لن يخفف مسؤولية المستأجر أو أي شخص آخر أمام أي سلطة حكومية عن سلوكه غير القانوني. تقدير المؤجر لتكاليف الإصلاح، بما في ذلك السحب والتخزين، محدودة بالمبلغ الأقصى (إن وجد) المطبق على مجموعة تعريفة السيارة (مبلغ الاستقطاع) إذا تضررت السيارة خلال فترة هذه الاتفاقية، وكان المؤجر قد قبل الدفع على هذا الأساس. يعني اليوم الواحد 24 ساعة، ويتم احتساب الساعات الإضافية باعتبارها يوم كامل. كما يدفع المستأجر غرامة خمسين درهماً في حالة إذا تمت إزالة الملصق في السيارة الذي يحمل أسماء الشركة، إذا لم يتم الاتفاق مسبقًا على الأسعار الأسبوعية أو الشهرية، فإن المستأجر يكون مسؤولاً عن دفع الأسعار اليومية. يوافق المستأجر على إرجاع السيارة بنفس مستوى الوقود المذكور في تقرير فحص السيارة، أو تصبح الشركة مخولة بتحصيل تكلفة الوقود بالإضافة إلى رسوم الخدمة على بطاقتي. عندما يوافق المستأجر على 3 أيام (5 أيام/إيجار أسبوعي أو شهري للسيارات، وإذا قام بإرجاعها قبل الفترة المتفق عليها)، يتم تطبيق الأسعار اليومية.

4. تعويض المؤجر يجب على المستأجر أن يعوض ويُعفي المؤجر، وموظفيه، ووكلائه من أي خسارة أو مسؤولية أو نفقات ناشئة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر عن: - أي انتهاك لشروط هذه الاتفاقية من قبل المستأجر. - فقدان أو تلف السيارة (ما لم ينص عليه في البند 6). - وفاة أو إصابة أي شخص ناتجة عن تشغيل أو استخدام السيارة. - فقدان أو تلف أي ممتلكات تعرض لها المستأجر أو الأطراف الثالثة نتيجة تشغيل أو استخدام السيارة، أو لفقدان أو تلف ممتلكات المستأجر التي تُترك في السيارة، أو لفقدان أو إزعاج ناتج عن تأخيرات التسليم أو الأعطال أو أي سبب خارج عن سيطرة المؤجر. - يتحمل المستأجر فقدان الوقت بسبب الحادث حتى يتم إخراج السيارة من الجراج. - يدفع المستأجر 30% من قيمة السيارة في حالة إبعاد السيارة بسبب الحادث.

5. المسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف السيارة - يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن جميع حالات فقدان أو تلف السيارة، بما في ذلك السحب والتخزين، محدودة بمبلغ الاستقطاع. - بشرط أن يلتزم المستأجر بجميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة في هذه الاتفاقية، ويظهر تنازل الضرر الناجم عن الاصطدام بأنه مقبول على وجه الاتفاقية، سيقوم المؤجر بالتنازل عن مسؤولية المستأجر في الفقرة 5 (أ) أعلاه، مع مراعاة أي مبلغ استقطاعي. - يجب إرجاع السيارة في الموعد النهائي أو قبله، والحصول على اتفاقية إيجار جديدة في حالة تمديد أو تجديد فترة العقد. تنتهي التغطية التأمينية للسيارات بعد الموعد النهائي، وسيكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن الأضرار والخسائر وجميع النتائج الأخرى الناشئة عن استخدام السيارة بعد الموعد النهائي.

6. الحوادث والسرقات في حالة وقوع حادث (مع أو بدون تلف السيارة) أو وقوع أي إصابات شخصية، يجب الاتصال بالشرطة في موقع الحدث ويجب على المستأجر الإصرار على الحصول على تقرير الشرطة. في حالة سرقة السيارة أو أجزاء منها، يجب على المستأجر الإبلاغ عن ذلك للشرطة والحصول على الترير و إرساله إلى المؤجر. يجب إكمال أي حادث أو ضرر أو خسارة أو سرقة للسيارة. يجب على المستأجر تأمين جميع بيانات جميع الأطراف الأخرى وكذلك أي شهود لإكمال تقرير الحادث المذكور. لا يجوز للمستأجر تحت أي ظرف من الظروف قبول مطالبات الأطراف الثالثة. يلتزم المستأجر بمساعدة المؤجر أو شركة التأمين التابعة له في جميع المطالبات أو الشؤون القانونية المتعلقة بحادث أو أي ضرر. تنطبق هذه المسؤوليات للمستأجر وفقًا لذلك في حالة السرقة. - إذا انتهك المستأجر أيًا من هذه اللوائح، خاصة إذا لم يتم تقديم تقرير الشرطة إلى المؤجر، فقد لا يصدر تنازل الضرر الناجم عن الاصطدام المستلم والدفع عن إعفاء المستأجر من التعويضات. - في حالة حدوث أي ضرر ميكانيكي للسيارة، يجب على المستأجر إيقاف السيارة وإبلاغ الشركة على الفور. لا يمكن للمستأجر إصلاح السيارة دون إذن كتابي من جانبها؛ وفى حالة قيامه بذلك، يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن جميع المسؤوليات.

7. التأمين يوفر المؤجر تغطية تأمينية للأشخاص الذين يستخدمون السيارة بإذن منه (وليس خلاف ذلك) وفقًا لسياسة تأمين مسؤولية السيارات، والتي تتوفر للفحص.

8. البيانات الشخصية يقر المستأجر بأنه يمكن إرسال البيانات الشخصية المتعلقة باتفاقية الإيجار هذه إلى أطراف ثالثة،خاصة لأغراض حماية الائتمان.

9. تنازل الضرر الناجم عن الاصطدام بالتوقيع في المساحة "قبول / موافقة" في الصفحة الأمامية، يتحمل المستأجر التزام دفع رسوم تكميلية وفقًا للقائمة السعرية الحالية. خلاف ذلك، في حالة تلف أو فقدان أو سرقة السيارة أو أجزاء منها، يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً وفقًا للبند 5 من هذه الشروط والأحكام القياسية للإيجارات. لا يعفي تنازل الضرر الناجم عن الاصطدام من المسؤولية في حالة الإهمال الجسيم أو التدخل المتعمد في شروط الإيجار أو اللوائح القانونية أو شروط التأمين.

10. التغطية التأمينية لحوادث الأشخاص بالتوقيع في المساحة "قبول/موافقة" في الصفحة الأمامية، يوافق المستأجر على دفع رسوم إضافية وفقًا للقوائم السعرية الصالحة. وبذلك يحصل المستأجر على تغطية تأمينية لحوادث الأشخاص كما هو موضح وفقًا للقوائم السعرية الصالحة.

11. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي أو نزاع أ و مطالبة تنشأ عن هذا الموقع أو فيما يتعلق به تخضع وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

12. العمر يتم فرض رسوم قدرها 25% من مبلغ المطالبة على الأشخاص الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 21 عامًا وتزيد عن 65 عامًا. لن يكون المؤجر مسؤولاً عن أي شيء يخص العميل بعد انتهاء فترة الإيجار.

13. يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً في جميع الأوقات عن أي أموال أو قيم كانت بحوزته خلال أو بعد فترة الإيجار. لا يتحمل مكتب الإيجار المسؤولية عن أي خسائر قد تؤثر على المستأجر.

14. في حالة إصلاح السيارة دون إبلاغ مكتب الإيجار، يُغرم المستأجر مبلغ 10000 درهم (عشرة آلاف درهم).

15. لا يحق للمستأجر أو الراعي المطالبة بالجواز، حتى لو قامت الشرطة أو النيابة أو المحكمة بذلك، إلا بعد دفع جميع الالتزامات المالية الناشئة عن السيارة، بما في ذلك الإيجار والمخالفات أو أي أضرار أخرى.

16. الاسترداد والإلغاء • لا يوجد أي مبالغ مستردة بمجرد توقيع الاتفاقية. • سيتم الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة فقط.

17.تتمتع 7 Cars بالحق الكامل في تجميد السيارة في حالة عدم السداد ودفع المخالفات المرورية في أي وقت.

18. جمع المركبات في حالة التجميع القسري، الأشياء الموجودة داخل السيارة للعميل أو أي شخص آخر لن تكون 7 Cars مسؤولة عن تلك الأشياء.

أقر بأنني/نحن قد قرأنا ووافقنا على الشروط الواردة في كلا جانبي هذه الاتفاقية واستلمنا السيارة في حالة جيدة باستثناء الأضرار المذكورة عند تسجيل المغادرة. .وأؤكد أيضًا أنه في حالة سداد أي مبلغ أو مبلغ غرامة، فإن توقيعي أدناه سيشكل تفويضًا لخصم المبلغ الإجمالي من بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بي بالإضافة إلى رسوم الخدمة المستحقة حاليًا أو التي قد تصبح مستحقة في المستقبل، دون إبلاغنا.
